About us

A Tunisian social enterprise for skills and jobs

TUTORIUM trains young Tunisians and connects them with mentors, employers and new opportunities. Our team brings years of experience in youth empowerment, intercultural dialogue and practical, interactive learning, gained in Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training courses, Model United Nations programmes and community projects across Europe and the MENA region.

We registered TUTORIUM as a company in February 2026 so that we could hire staff, sign agreements with employers and partners, and plan for the long term.

Meet our team

Vision

An inclusive ecosystem where every young person in Tunisia has the skills, networks and opportunities to thrive in the modern economy and to contribute to society.

Mission

To equip young people aged 18 to 35 with market-relevant skills in emerging technologies, professional competences and personal development, through mentoring, vocational training, internships and experiential learning.

What we do

One organisation between the classroom and the workplace

Young people in Tunisia often finish their studies without the practical skills or contacts that employers look for. We close that gap from four sides.
